AUTRONICA AUTROSAFE SDA
Smoke detection aspiration system. Integrated fire detection and alarm system for Cargo Spaces. The SDA AutroSafe is a modular smoke-detection system for continuous sampling of air from a total of 48 detection points. Control Panel The SDA Autrosafe panel indicates pre-alarms fire alarms and fault condition in the clear text display unit. Extraction fan unit, suction airflow, loop cable and detector pollution level are also continuously monitored. The Autrosafe panel is normally installed in the wheel house. The Autrosafe system may include the detection system for the Accommodation and Engine Room, and controlling and monitoring the FlexiFOG Local Protection Water Mist system. SDA Detector Unit Air samples from the protected spaces are continuously flowing via the sampling pipes to the detector unit. Each detector unit may be specified with a maximum of 4 addressable smoke detectors, one for each protected space. In the event of a fire the Autrosafe display unit will indicate the exact location. The detector unit is normally installed in the CO2 room. The SDA system can utilise the CO2 piping for smoke extraction, via a 3-way valve fitted in the smoke sampling pipe. This enables the CO2 piping to be used as a smoke sampling system. Extraction Fan Unit Duplicate blowers are installed in the collector pipe from the detector unit with exhaust outlet to the atmosphere. Two fans are provided to allow uninterrupted operation during maintenance and each fan is designed to collect a sufficient air flow from each protected space.
